Loudon County Friends of Animals (LCFOA) rehabilitates and finds homes for abused, neglected and abandoned cats and kittens.  Our goal is to remove all animals from the shelter system before they are euthanized.  We are committed to finding responsible and loving adoptive families that will give these animals a second chance at a good life.

For each animal that is adopted through LCFOA, we pay to have a veterinarian perform a spay or neuter, de-worming treatment, flea and tick treatment, vaccinations, feline aids testing, and feline leukemia testing.  The cost for each animal is just under $100.00.

Loudon County Friends of Animals is an approved IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit.  ALL DONATIONS are Tax Deductible.

Cash Donations

Other Ways to Contribute

Donate in Honor or in Memory

We would be happy to mail a keepsake card to let someone know that you have made a gift in honor or in memory of a special person or pet.  To make a tribute donation now, call (865) 809-1400.  (Sometimes, an honoree will request the address of a tribute donor so that they may send a thank you note to the donor.  We are happy to honor their request unless a donor specifies otherwise.)

Workplace Giving: Matching Gifts

As you consider your charitable or year-end giving, check with your employer's personnel desk to see whether your corporation matches charitable gifts.  This would be a great way to compound your thoughtfulness.

Planned Giving (Lifesavers Society)

Your commitment now can ensure that animal welfare will be an important part of East Tennessee’s future. Options include endowment gifts, charitable trusts, life insurance beneficiaries, and bequests.

Sponsor a Spay/Neuter

Save lives by helping us curb pet overpopulation.  Sponsor a spay/neuter by clicking on the “Sponsor” button or calling (865) 809-1400. A spay sponsorship makes a very meaningful gift that gives back to your community.

Host a Third-Party Event for LCFOA

Have a great idea for hosting a fundraiser?  Get started by submitting a proposal to LCFOA.  Do you belong to an organization that holds or might consider holding an event to raise money for charity?  Many organizations find that holding a fun fundraiser is an ideal way to help their members bond more closely together.  Their members feel that their organization has a sense of community awareness, and as a result, they feel good about being part of that initiative.  If you'd like to hold a third party event for LCFOA call (865) 809-1400 to get started!
